Recommended use
Dissolve 1-2 kg of salt in a bathtub filled with running water (approx. 100 l) and stir until fully dissolved. Recommended bath duration: 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 36-38°C. Do not rinse your body after bathing, as the minerals hydrate and revitalize the skin. A warm salt bath can stimulate circulation, so it's important to hydrate properly after use.
