Returns

Due to the nature of the products we offer, such as supplements, peptides, and SARMs, which are subject to strict sanitary and safety regulations, we do not accept returns. This is due to the necessity of maintaining the highest standards of quality and protecting customers' health. Once these products leave our warehouse, they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.

Special Product Storage

Many of our products, including peptides and SARMs, require special storage conditions, such as low temperatures or protection from light, to maintain their properties. Due to the delicate nature of these products, improper storage may lead to damage. We recommend carefully reading the storage instructions provided with the product and adhering to the guidelines.

Complaints

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please submit a complaint. Complaints can be filed within 14 days of receiving the package.

To submit a complaint, please:

  • Send a photo of the damaged or defective product
  • Provide the order number
  • Briefly describe the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect product)

Complaint submissions should be sent to: info@gymhub.pro or you can use our complaint form at https://gymhub.pro/en/contact-us. Once we receive your complaint, we will review it within 7 business days.

If the complaint is accepted, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the product with a new one
  • A refund to the bank account provided by the customer

Note: Complaints regarding products damaged due to improper storage
(not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations) will not be approved.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

For products that do not require special storage conditions (e.g., fitness accessories), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original, unopened condition, in its original packaging, and show no signs of use. All costs associated with returning the goods are covered by the buyer.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided that they meet the return requirements.
