Rich in sodium chloride, magnesium, calcium, and potassium, it effectively supports skin, muscle, and joint regeneration. Recommended use
Dissolve 1-2 kg of salt in a bathtub filled with running water (approx. 100 l) and stir until fully dissolved. Bath duration: 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 38-40°C. Do not rinse your body after the bath – the remaining mineral layer creates a salt shield that supports skin regeneration. Avoid taking the bath right before sleep as the salt stimulates the body, making proper hydration essential after use.
