Recommended use
Dissolve 1-2 kg of salt in a bathtub filled with running water (approx. 100 l) and stir until fully dissolved. Recommended bath duration: 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 38-40°C. Do not rinse your body after the bath – the mineral layer left on the skin promotes further recovery. Avoid salt baths just before bedtime, as they can be stimulating. Rehydrate properly after use, as warm salt baths may increase perspiration.
