Recommended use
Open the sachet and squeeze a small amount of gel into the palm of your hand and gently massage it into the painful area in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.Applythe gel 2-3 times a day or as needed, especially after intense exertion or injury, and leave it on. If you want to enhance the cooling effect, keep the sachet in the refrigerator before use.
