Recommended use
Apply a small amount of gel to the area of pain or tension. Gently massage in a circular motion until completely absorbed.Apply 2-3 times a day or as needed, especially before exercise or at night for muscle relaxation. Do not use on irritated skin - avoid contact with wounds and mucous membranes. For a better effect, the gel can be used before a warming massage or in combination with thermotherapy.
