Recommended dosage

Mix approximately one scoop (33-34 g) of powder with 180-240 ml of cold water, milk or other beverage. Stir, shake or mix until dissolved. For best results, blend the shake 30-60 minutes before bedtime or drink it anytime to boost your protein intake.
