Recommended use
Apply a small amount of the shampoo to damp hair and massage gently into the scalp, until the shampoo foams.Leave the shampoo on your scalp for 2-3 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2-3 times a week for severe dandruff. Once symptoms have subsided , you can use the shampoo prophylactically 1-2 times a week to prevent recurrence.
